She's home

She saw me
through my struggles

She sees me
through my joys

No matter my moodswings
She’s mine through highs and lows.

She’s kept me safe at storms
And through mighty shutdowns

I remember how huge she once seemed
Her warmth remains, though she's smaller now!

How many have marvelled at her beauty
But she’s always been so coy!

My children run up her frame still
Though old, she’s not one to fall!

How much I yearn, to get back to you
Every night, my beautiful, tiny home.
